These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the KwaMashu Family and Child Welfare Society website and the purchase of products through our online store. By accessing this website or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Refunds & Returns Policy

KwaMashu Family and Child Welfare Society aims to ensure customer satisfaction while recognising that purchases support our fundraising efforts.

1. Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

2. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Donations Disclaimer

Donations made to KwaMashu Family and Child Welfare Society are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations are used to support child protection, family support and community welfare programmes.
